Scanner: Jooble entfernt

Quelle, Schlüsselfeld in Einstellungen -> Scanner und Doku raus.
Agenten, die jooble noch gespeichert haben, bekommen es nicht mehr
angezeigt; die Pipeline überspringt unbekannte Quellen ohnehin.
